                摘要:
                了解RBRVS-KPI績效分配模式實施效果。方法對實施RBRVS-KPI績效分配模式前後相關數據進行比較分析。結果實施RBRVS-KPI績效分配模式後,醫務人員※人均獎金、醫療業卐務收入、總診療人楊真真與楊家俊走了出來次、手術量、危重患者床日數和病床周轉次數逐年增加,平均住院日逐年下降。結論新績效考說是走核方案的實施,使得績效工資結構分配更加合理【,調動了醫務人員的工※作積極性,提高了醫院的總體效益,值得推廣。
                Abstract:
                ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Resource-Based Relative Value Scale (RBRVS) and key performance indicator (KPI) based performanceassessment system.MethodsThe data was compared and analyzed before and after using RBRVS and KPI based performance assessment system.ResultsAfter applying the RBRVS and KPI based performance assessment system, the medical staff bonus, medical business income, total visits, the amount of surgery, the number of critical patient beds and the number of bed turnover increased year by year, and the average length of stay decreased year by year.Conclusion The implementation of the new performance assessment system improved the performance of medical staff,mobilized the enthusiasm of medical staff and improved the overall benefits of the hospital,it worth promoting.
