                摘要:
                探索適合手術室護理工作的績效管理模式。方法建△立基於技術級別、年資、崗位、工作量及工←作質量的多維度績效考核方案,比較實施績效改革前●後3個月的連臺手術銜接時間、護理工作化為本體質量、外科醫◥生及手術室護士的滿意度。采用SPSS 20.0統計軟件進行數據處理。結果績效改革實√施後,連臺手術銜接時間縮正在和陽正天鬥得難解難分短了10.59min;護理工第四百零五作質量顯著提升;外科醫生滿意度由85.07%提升至96.67%;護士對那仙器絕對是皇品仙器績效考核指標設置滿意度由82.09%提升至95.52%,對考核指標配比滿意度由85.07%提升至98.51%,差異均有統計學※意義(P<0.05)。結論將精細化管理引入手術室護理績效中能夠提眼中泛著冰冷高手術室運行效率,提一級仙帝實力升手術室護理工作質量,改善外科醫生及手術室護士滿意不用著急度。
                Abstract:
                To explore the suitable performance management mode for nursing work in operating room.MethodsThe multiple-dimensional appraisal scheme was formed based on technical level, seniority, position, work load and work quality. The preparation time for successive operations, nursing work quality, satisfaction of surgeons and operating room nurses were compared between three months before and after the performance reform. The SPSS 20.0 was used for data analysis.ResultsAfter the implementation of the performance reform, the preparation time for successive operations was shortened by 10.59 min. The quality of nursing work improved significantly; the satisfaction of surgeons increased from 85.07% to 96.67%, the satisfaction of nurses on the performance assessment indicators increased from 82.09% to 95.52%, and the satisfaction on the assessment indicators increased from 85.07% to 98.51% (P<0.05). Conclusion Refined management of nursing performance in operating room can improve operation efficiency, enhance nursing work quality and strengthen satisfaction of surgeons and operating room nurses.
